Hari ni lubang 'chronic diabetic-foot-ulcer' yang terletak di tulang kering kaki kiri Mak telah dipasang alat penyedut untuk vakuumkan air yang sentiasa ada disitu.....hasil dari oedema , di mana cecair badan pada waktu ni, memenuhi setiap ceruk tubuh- badanya , termasuklah paru2 dan celah2 usus sekalipun. Subhanallah. Wish I am there by her side. Hampir 6 bulan Mak mengaut segala kesabaran yang mungkin just to stay alive. Her painless moments boleh dikira dengan jari. Subhanallah, sungguh beliau di uji, semoga dihapuskan segala dosa beliau....ameen ya Robb. Ya Allah, limpahilah ibuku dengan sabr, taqwa dan imaan dalam menghadapi ujianMu . Semoga ,beliau di lepasi dari siksa kubur dan akhirat .Ameen.
Baru je Selasa lepas, debridement kali kedua dilakukan keatas ulcernya tu. Proses ni dibuat di dalam bilik bedah,  pendek kata its a surgery kot...anaesthetic and all. The first one was done dua hari sebelum tu. Thats the day I arrived, where I found her pale ,limp and sickened with the post-operational pains. Kalau kita dengar maknanya perkataan debridement , rasnya macam simple je -' Debridement is the process to remove dead skin and tissue', iaitu pembuangan sel & tisu mati.You have to look at the 'crater' first, baru you tau. Why perlu debridement? Katanya supaya sel2 baru dapat ruang untuk tumbuh. Masaalahnya, after the first debridement the orthopaedic doc spotted some bruises in the wound, indicating oxygen-lacking cells. Sesudah bagi 2 hari peluang for that to improve, nampak tak bergerak better pun, hence the process is repeated ......korek and more korek....deeper and wider. Hate to think what all these would lead to. Anyway, haritu orthopaedic doc ada cakap that sel2 baru susah nak tumbuh jika badan penuh air, kerana luka pun berair ........so semalam petang tau tau diorang pasang alat vakum ke kaki mak , untuk menyedut air disitu....alat tersebut akan stay disitu selama 3 hari. InsyaAllah, this works on facilitating the healing of that crater. I assume it would be great if we support that with real foods that contribute to cell regeneration. Memandangkan , Mak makan very meagre portions of her normal meal , most of that gets regurgitated anyway.......
